It is time to part with my Airwalks. I bought them in 1996. They are bound to my identity. The plastic is broken at the heals so I can't wear them. "They" just don't make them like this anymore. I bought what I believe to be the last pair of "The One" boy's size-4 Airwalks on the planet on ebay from Gold Coast, Australia. They are all black, but they will due. I put the old ones out on the front porch but I am still having separation issues. I figure I have two options...put them in the archival storage box with my wedding dress...or post their picture on my photo blog where they can be art. They are art! I love my Airwalks!
